Experience the Retreat

The 11 Day Silent Meditation and Awakening Retreat is built for people who want to give uninterrupted time to meditation, silence and traditional yogic living. Held in the quiet around Rishikesh, it follows a structured daily routine that gradually strips away external distraction and builds awareness in its place.
Across the retreat you practise guided silent meditation, daily Hatha yoga, pranayama, yogic philosophy, mindful silent meals, nature contemplation and evening meditation.
From Day 4 to Day 10, noble silence is observed, which lets you cut verbal communication right back and turn attention inward. Phones stay switched off throughout, so the digital detox is complete rather than partial.
The setting is a traditional ashram with simple accommodation and a quiet natural environment well away from city noise. Meals are wood fired sattvic vegetarian food, made with organic vegetables grown on site and fresh dairy from the ashram cow farm.
The programme welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike, provided you are willing to follow a disciplined schedule. It suits anyone looking for a structured silent retreat, a serious meditation practice, or a way to build real consistency in yoga and breathwork.
This is not a leisure holiday or a sightseeing trip, and it is not sold as one. What it offers instead is a focused environment where you can give yourself to meditation, silence, yogic practice and self reflection, under guidance, inside a traditional ashram.

Why This Retreat Stands Out

Unlike many meditation retreats, this programme combines traditional yogic practice with a structured
period of conscious silence, or Mauna, rather than focusing on a single meditation technique.
You practise guided meditation, Hatha yoga, pranayama, sound healing, yogic philosophy and
mindful living inside a traditional ashram setting. Meals are organic and sattvic, made with vegetables
grown on site and fresh dairy from the ashram cow farm.
With limited participants, a full digital detox and seven days of noble silence, the retreat creates a
genuinely supportive environment for sustained meditation and honest self
