The retreat runs on a genuine 1:2 model — two trainers to one guest — so every guest is trained and monitored by both founders directly, not handed off to a junior instructor once the brochure photo is taken. The Founder and Head Trainer brings 25+ years of experience in strength training, functional fitness, mobility and lifestyle coaching. The Wellness and Movement Trainer brings 15 years of yoga, breathwork and mindful-movement experience, including 200-hour Sivananda and Yin Yoga certifications. Four days in Tehri Garhwal where adventure meets stillness, built around yoga by the river, meditation, a private Ganga Aarti, a 24 km rafting expedition through Grade III rapids and a visit to the Vashishta Gufa meditation cave. Garhwali mountain cuisine, a spa treatment and a half day cultural tour of Rishikesh complete it.
