Discover if this transformative experience is your next step
A 100-hour yoga teacher training does not qualify you to register with Yoga Alliance, which recognises graduates at the 200-hour level and above. Most schools let you carry the hours into a 200-hour course within a set period. Confirm that in writing first.
Most 100-hour yoga teacher training courses run 10 to 14 days residential, with about six to seven contact hours a day. Some schools spread the same hours across weekends over two or three months. Residential formats finish far faster.
A 100-hour yoga teacher training in India typically costs 700 to 1,500 US dollars, including shared accommodation and vegetarian meals. Private rooms add roughly 200 to 400. Flights, visa and Yoga Alliance registration sit outside almost every quoted price.
Heal at India grew from a simple belief : India's ancient healing traditions can genuinely transform lives, yet the world has barely discovered them.
