Dr Bhavya Bhupeshbabu, BAMS, is a Kerala Ayurveda physician and the founder here. She has been in practice for more than five years and works strictly from classical principles rather than adapted versions of them. Her consulting covers digestive complaints, skin conditions, musculoskeletal problems, and diet and lifestyle disorders. She also works with guests managing long term neurological conditions, including people in rehabilitation after a stroke, where the Ayurvedic programme sits alongside their existing medical care rather than in place of it.

She is trained in Panchakarma and uses it mainly in long standing complaints. She has a particular interest in the cosmetic and aesthetic side of Ayurveda. Five years is not long and she does not pretend otherwise. What she has is a recent and complete grounding in the texts, and the energy to spend time on a case that a busier practice would move through faster.
