The program follows a structured schedule of 4 Abhyangam full body massages, 3 steam baths,PPS 3 days, 5 Dhara Taila Shiro sessions and 6 Padabhyanga foot treatments. Yoga 7 days, physiotherapy on need basis and acupuncture 5 days. While the overall session schedule remains consistent, the medicines, treatment sites, pressure, techniques and therapeutic approach are individually planned for each patient based on their clinical assessment and daily needs. A nourishing Satvik diet complements the therapies, supporting the body through the rejuvenation process. Daily doctor-led consultations provide ongoing clinical guidance throughout the retreat.

Seven days of doctor led naturopathy for guests wanting a supervised detox, better digestion and steadier energy. Therapies are chosen after consultation and may include hydrotherapy, mud therapy, herbal support, therapeutic nutrition, yoga and meditation. This programme runs for a minimum of 7 days, and the doctor may advise a longer stay based on your health assessment.

The plan is set after full assessment and works on diet, activity, digestion and daily habits together. A minimum stay of 14 days is recommended, and can be extended on the doctor's advice.
