Your stay begins with a detailed consultation, where the physician reviews your health history and assesses your body type, age, strength and current condition. From this they plan which of the five classical procedures suit you, Vamana, Virechana, Anuvasana Vasti, Nirooha Vasti and Nasya, along with the preparatory oil and steam therapies that come before them and the herbal medicines you take through the stay.
Each day brings your scheduled treatments, which may include Abhyangam with steam, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Elakizhi, Njavarakizhi, Kativasti and Takra or Ksheera Dhara, depending on your plan. The final phase focuses on rest and rebuilding strength, supported by Ayurvedic vegetarian meals chosen by the doctors. You leave with diet and lifestyle guidance to keep the benefits going at home.

Canacona station on the Konkan Railway is a few kilometres away, and Madgaon Junction, with wider connections, is about an hour by road.
