This programme is full classical Panchakarma, run over a minimum of 14 nights and extending to 28 where the physician advises it. It begins with a free pre-arrival online consultation so the treatment plan is prepared before the guest lands.
Every plan opens with an in-depth Ayurvedic diagnosis covering constitution, dosha balance, agni, ojas and sattva. Prakruthi analysis and a health condition assessment are carried out on arrival, and the plan is reviewed and adjusted daily from there.
The first phase is preparation through Snehana, internal and external oleation, and Swedana, therapeutic sudation. This softens and mobilises the accumulated doshas so the cleansing procedures that follow can do their work safely.
The cleansing procedures themselves follow, prescribed by the physician according to the individual. Depending on the case they may include Nasyam, Raktamokshana, Snehapanam, Vasti, Vamanam or Virechanam.
The third phase is structured rebuilding, and this is where much of the stay sits. Herbal oil massage, Shirodhara, Njavarakizhi, Thalam and herbal steam baths run through this period to restore strength after the cleansing.
Two personalised treatments run daily, between 90 and 120 minutes in total across morning and afternoon, with over 80 treatments available across seven therapy rooms. Daily doctor consultations, morning yoga, evening meditation, full-board Sattvic meals and all prescribed medicines run alongside, and the plan closes with a final assessment and lifestyle guidance to take home.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and checkout at midday. The day begins with morning yoga from 7:15 to 8:15 AM in the open-air hall or on the river deck, followed by breakfast from 8:30 to 10:00.
The morning treatment session runs from around 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the exact timings set by your doctor after consultation. Lunch follows from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.
The afternoon session runs from 2:30 to 6:00 PM, combining the second treatment with leisure time on the estate. Evening meditation runs from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, and a light dinner follows from 7:00 to 8:30 PM.

Meals are full-board Sattvic vegetarian cuisine, categorised into Vata, Pitta and Kapha by the doctor and cooked to that plan by the culinary team. Produce comes from the centre's own farm, and dishes are labelled by dosha so guests know what they are eating and why.
The kitchen builds around the six tastes of sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent to maintain balance. Seasonal fruit from the estate, freshly pressed juices, tender coconut and herbal teas run through the day.
Gluten-free, diabetic and other special diets are catered for, and weekly cooking classes teach authentic Kerala dishes with the recipes to take home. Outside food and alcohol are not permitted, since they work against the treatment.

The centre sits on the banks of the Chalakudy River in Kerala, on an 18 acre estate of farm and forest. It is 25 km from Cochin International Airport, close to an hour by road, so the journey in is short even from a long-haul flight.
The estate carries a working canopy of teak, mahogany, mangosteen, rambutan, nutmeg and pepper, along with herbal gardens and a riverside deck. Fourteen rooms sit within it, which keeps the place quiet even when it is full.
There is more to do here than rest. Over 1.5 km of paved paths run through the estate for walking, jogging or cycling, and kayaking, fishing and bird watching happen from the private jetty on the river.
Indoors there is a swimming pool, a 15 seat home theatre, a library, billiards, carrom, chess and badminton. Pottery classes run three times a month and cooking classes weekly, and Athirappilly Waterfalls and the hanging bridge are close enough for a day trip.

Cochin International Airport is 25 km away, a drive of about 50 minutes, and is an approved e-Visa airport. A complimentary round trip transfer is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Chalakudy railway station is the nearest at 9 km, around 20 minutes away, and pick-up from the station can be arranged. It sits on the main Kerala line with connections from across the state and beyond.
Thrissur and Ernakulam are the larger railheads within reach for long-distance services. Booking the onward transfer with the centre in advance is simpler than arranging it on arrival.
