Dr. Sheira Sundarrajan is a Naturopathy and Yoga physician with close to a decade of clinical and online practice, combining classical nature cure with personalised, everyday guidance. As Senior Medical Officer, she treats diabetes, kidney disorders, arthritis and other chronic lifestyle conditions, and has consulted since 2024 at a long-established 20-bed naturopathy hospital in Chennai. Her earlier clinical years covered infertility, obesity, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders of the elderly and skin concerns, with specialisation in acupuncture, moxibustion and hijama. Since 2020 she has also worked with guests online, designing personalised yoga and pranayama routines, therapeutic yoga, dietary and nutritional adjustments and one-to-one guided acupressure sessions. Alongside practice, she has lectured widely on therapeutic yoga for community health, helping people over 50 rebuild strength and vitality through simple, sustained changes to how they eat, move and rest.
