Mornings open at 7:30 am with karma yoga and self practice, pranayama at 7:45 and a Hatha and Ashtanga class at 8:30 am with alignment corrected individually rather than called out to the whole room. Breakfast follows at 10:00 am. Optional theory covers philosophy, mantras and anatomy from noon.
Aerial yoga takes the 4:00 pm slot every afternoon on silk hammocks, covering aerial fundamentals, sequencing, inversions and safety in the air. Evenings rotate through hidden lake meditation, a cave excursion, sunset point hikes and beach meditation, and dinner is at 7:30 pm each night. Goa has two airports, Manohar International Airport at Mopa in the north and Goa International Airport at Dabolim in the south, both with domestic flights from every major Indian city and a growing international schedule.
A one way airport transfer is included in the course fee, so flight details should be sent to the school ahead of arrival. The return journey is arranged by the guest, and the school can advise on the best option for the departure time.

Madgaon Junction is the main railhead in the south and Thivim the usual choice for the north, both on the Konkan Railway with direct services from Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi and Kerala. Overnight trains from Mumbai arrive in the morning.
From either station a taxi covers the last stretch to the campus. Booking that car ahead is worth doing, since taxi availability at Goan stations thins out late in the evening.

Long distance buses run to Goa from Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with sleeper and air conditioned services on most routes. Journeys from Mumbai and Bengaluru usually run overnight.
Buses drop at Mapusa, Panaji or Margao depending on the operator, and a local taxi covers the rest of the way. Guests arriving by bus should send their arrival point to the school so directions can be sent through.
