The day opens with herbal tea from 7:30 to 8:00 AM, followed by the main yoga practice from 8:00 to
9:30 including meditation or pranayama. Breakfast runs from 9:30 to 10:30.
A second session of meditation, pranayama or a sound bath runs from midday to 1:00 PM, with lunch
from 1:00 to 2:00. The afternoon between lunch and the evening session is left open.
Evening yoga practice runs from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. Dinner follows as a shared meal with the other

vegetables and herbal tea. Lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 PM is a three course Goan meal of rice, curries,

Dabolim Airport is roughly 70 km north, a drive of around two hours, and Manohar International
Airport at Mopa is further north at around 140 km. Dabolim is the easier arrival for Palolem.
International travellers usually connect through Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru, though Goa also carries
some direct international services in season. A pre-booked taxi is the simplest way to cover the last stretch.

Canacona station is the nearest at around 3 km from Palolem Beach, on the Konkan Railway route.
Margao is the larger railhead at around 40 km, with services from Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and
across India.
From Canacona a local taxi or auto reaches the beach in a few minutes. Booking Konkan Railway
tickets ahead matters in the peak season, since the coastal route fills quickly.
