Dr PS Rawat, Ayurveda Doctor in Rishikesh

Dr Prateek Singh Rawat is the founder of this centre and has practised Ayurveda in Rishikesh for more than ten years.

His training goes beyond classical Ayurveda alone. He works across Panchakarma, naturopathy and Marma therapy, and that breadth shows most in diagnosis. A complaint that looks like one thing often turns out to be another, and having more than one tradition to draw on means the treatment is chosen to fit the person rather than the label.

He built the centre around that way of working. Classical Ayurveda sets the direction, and the other practices are used where they genuinely help rather than added for effect.

Guests see him before any therapy is decided. He talks through what the body is doing and why a particular treatment is being suggested, which is often the part that stays with people long after the stay ends.
