Set in Upper Bhagsu, in the hills above Dharamshala, the school sits minutes from the Bhagsu waterfall and within walking distance of McLeod Ganj, with the Dhauladhar range filling the view. Practice spaces are built to keep the hills in sight through the day. Training at Yoga Om Nirvana is registered with Yoga Alliance and taught across Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, with teaching practice starting from the first day rather than the final week. Rooms are private and simple, meals are largely vegetarian and cooked fresh, and free Wi-Fi runs throughout, so the days can stay given over to practice and study.
