The centre sits in the Kangra Valley between Dharamshala and Palampur, surrounded by tea gardens with the Dhauladhar range in view. This is a working Ayurvedic medical centre rather than a spa. Treatment is physician led, starting with consultation, pulse diagnosis and Prakriti analysis, and carried out by trained therapists in a proper Panchakarma setup. Rooms are air conditioned with private balconies over the hills, meals are home cooked and served three times a day, and the grounds are secure, with CCTV, free parking and Wi-Fi.
